Responsibilities：

According to the project arrangement, design the experiment plan reasonably and implement it carefully;

 Independently undertake high difficulty task, ensure to complete task on time;

Scientific analysis of the problems in the experiment, put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement, or draw reasonable conclusions;

Cooperate with the Ministry of Commerce to regularly report the project progress to European and American customers;

Write English e-note, daily report and final report timely;

According to the company's requirements, summarize the work in time and submit the experimental data.

Qualifications：

Doctor degree in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, research direction is organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry synthesis, etc;

Rich experience in organic synthesis and strong ability of scientific research, with the ability of synthetic circuit design;

Strong anti pressure, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, can lead one or more laboratory assistants to carry out research work.
